A brick rekha deul of the late Pala period in Purba Bardhaman, with richly moulded brickwork. Its name may come from 'seven temples' that once stood here, of which one survives.

The temple is built of fine brick laid with great care, with the curved tower divided into vertical bands and decorated with small chaitya arches. It belongs with Bahulara and Jatar Deul to the small group of early brick towers that survive in Bengal.
