A laterite ekaratna temple built in 1758 by the Malla king Chaitanya Singha, with a domed spire and stucco carving. Worship of Radha Shyam still continues inside its walled compound.
HistoryDocumented history
The compound has a gateway, a tulsi mancha and a later natmandir. The walls carry stucco reliefs of Vishnu's avatars, Krishna's life and Ramayana scenes. It is one of the last temples built by the Malla kings before their power declined.
