A forest temple of Narasimha in the Velikonda hills of Nellore district, beside a waterfall. Tradition says Narasimha rested here after slaying Hiranyakashipu and married the Chenchu tribal girl Chenchu Lakshmi.

The shrine lies in a forested valley where a stream falls over the rocks into pools. Pilgrims bathe in the stream before worship. The hill is called Penusila, 'the embracing rock', from the legend.
