A laterite ekaratna (single-spired) temple built in 1658 by the Malla king Bir Singha II, dedicated to Radha and Krishna. It stands in a walled court in the old fort area of Bishnupur.

The temple has a curved roof with a single spire, standing on a raised base. Unlike the brick temples of Bishnupur it is built of laterite, with carved stucco decoration rather than terracotta.
