A carved stone Shiva temple standing in the middle of a water tank in Beed town, reached by a causeway. It is the finest old monument of the district.

The temple has a star-shaped plan and walls carved with gods, dancers and couples. The tank around it is fed by springs. The spire was damaged and later repaired.
