A Shiva temple on the top of Chandranath hill near Paroda, about 350 m high. It is linked with the early Bhoja kings of Goa, whose capital Chandrapura lay nearby. The linga is cut in the living rock and is said to ooze water when the light of the full moon falls on it.

The temple is reached by a winding road and steps up the hill, which gives wide views over Salcete and Quepem. The sanctum is built so that moonlight can fall on the linga. A separate shrine of Bhutnath, lord of spirits, stands nearby, and the deity's chariot is drawn around the hilltop at festivals.
