A sacred tank at Narkatari near Thanesar, held to be the place where Bhishma lay on a bed of arrows during the Mahabharata war. Arjuna is said to have shot an arrow into the ground to bring up water for him, and the spring is called Ban Ganga.

The site is one of the tirthas of the 48-kos circuit of Kurukshetra. A temple beside the tank shows Bhishma lying on his bed of arrows, with Krishna and the Pandavas around him. Pilgrims bathe in the tank on festival days.
